Established in 1997 by owner Joseph G. Moore. Occasions Party and Tent Rentals LLC began with a few tents, tables, and chairs. The company gradually grew and operated on the premises of Belvoir Oil Company also owned by Mr. Moore. By 2006, Occasions outgrew the occupied storage building at Belvoir Oil Company and relocated near Falkland, NC on a section of the Moore family farm.

     Occasions today offers an extensive array of merchandise to accomplish the most successful event. The company is unique in that it not only offers event rentals, but services to assist each client through their entire event planning process. Customer service includes all aspects of event design including but not limited to: consulting, directing, and expertise in floral design.
